APPOINTMENT POLICY
- Braiding hair (colors: 1,1b,2,4,30,27,613,350) is provided for all services, and you will select your color when booking. Human hair, synthetic curly, crochet hair, etc., are to be provided by the client. If you opt to supply your own braiding hair, it must be pre-stretched.
- We recommends brands, Freetress and Maydee [Deep Twist] for synthetic styles).
- The salon requires the hair to be prepped before the appointment which saves time on the day of. If you’re purchasing with Us, please Call US 770-990-5181 .com/shop and select “In-person pickup / appointment ready” at checkout. The stylist will prep the hair. If you purchased hair elsewhere, please drop it at the studio at least 1-day before your scheduled appointment. If you are unable to, there is a possibility your appointment will be cancelled. Thank you for your understanding.
- Hair MUST be cleaned, dry and product-free (no more than 3 days). Hair must be completely detangled, and PLEASE blow dry or stretch out your hair from roots to tips to ensure no pulling and a neater outcome. This applies to all styles (no exceptions). If you are not booking our shampoo/blow-dry and detangle add-ons.
- Please know that oils/butters are not leave-ins and can NOT be used as preparation for your appointment.
- Hair must be at least 3-4 inches in lengthall over for most styles. If you have short hair (less than 4 inches) or any problem areas, please notify us prior to booking as price changes can occur. If you have any doubts or questions, please text 770-991-5181
- If you have any scalp conditions; bald spots, thin edges, hair breakages, please book a consultation session first.
- All times are estimated, and delays may be expected. If we are running late, we will reach out to you to provide notice. We are working as fast as possible to ensure timely service. Please keep in mind that some styles may take longer on certain clients due to hair type and other factors. Therefore, we advise against planning important events immediately after your appointment to avoid rushing.
PRIORITY BOOKING
Take complete control of your booking, with the flexibility to schedule early mornings, after-hours, or early Sundays . This also guarantees an appointment before general booking opens. There is a $50 fee and it is booked via Call or Text 770-990-5181.
Please note: A $50 non-refundable deposit is required, and $50 goes towards the appointment. All appointments are subject to approval. If we do not approve, we will refund $50.
SAME DAY APPOINTMENT
We do accommodate same-day appointments; availability is on a first-come, first-served basis. We recommend calling or texting us at: 770-990-5181 in advance to check our schedule.
NO SHOWS
NO CALL/NO SHOW ALL DEPOSITS WILL BE NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-TRANSFERABLE . NO EXEMPTIONS.
PAYMENTS
We accept paymets via Zelle, Cash App, Cash, and Visa Debit/Credit Cards. Please note that transactions made with cards and Cash App may be subject to a processing fee.
NO REFUNDS
Voice any concerns you have while at your appointment. Refunds will not be provided for any services rendered. All
sales are final.
